Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges, remove barriers, and address open commercial issues.
Drive consistent sales execution through a common sales process, strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
Use sales activity, pipeline, and performance data to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and improve regional performance.
Foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing team culture built around accountability, development, and shared success.
Align regional sales activities, territory development, and business development priorities with KOMPAN’s strategic goals.
