KOMPAN North America is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Contracts Compliance Coordinator to support the administration, compliance, and performance of agreements across North America. This role ensures that all contracts—including cooperative purchasing agreements, governmental procurement contracts, and other agreements, as required, are monitored for accuracy, compliance, and timely renewal. The position also collaborates closely with internal teams to support customer retention and identify potential new business opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Contracts Compliance Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales regions across North America to evaluate contractual opportunities, determine compliance requirements, and assess KOMPAN’s ability to fulfill obligations. This role partners with Bid & Proposal, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to contract terms, maintain eligibility for cooperative purchasing programs, and safeguard ongoing customer relationships. This includes maintaining all required documentation, insurance requirements, reporting schedules and for leading interdisciplinary process coordination to ensure all deliverables are completed on a timely basis.

What You’ll Do
Identify and analyze contractual business opportunities within KOMPAN North America Business Units and regions to determine KOMPAN’s ability to comply with and fulfill all requirements
Complete contract prequalification activities and ensure timely, compliant submissions
Monitor, track, and proactively renew all customer agreements for KOMPAN North America, including cooperative purchasing contracts, governmental procurement vehicles, agencies and other contract types
Maintain and fulfill customer registration forms and ensure timely updates ahead of renewal deadlines to maintain compliance with applicable guidelines
Serve as the team’s master data gatekeeper and administrator for customer contracts, maintaining organized digital records of contracts, amendments, renewals, compliance documentation and deliverable schedules, while ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government procurement regulations and cooperative purchasing requirements
Support the review of proposals prepared by the Bid & Proposal team to ensure alignment with customer requirements and contract terms
Ensure compliance requirements are captured in vendor and subcontractor flow downs
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Bid & Proposal teams to support contract execution and resolve compliance‑related issues
Provide additional cross‑functional support as needed to advance customer retention and business development initiatives
What You’ll Need
3+ years of professional contract experience (legal, finance, government contracting, procurement, or construction contract administration preferred)
A four-year degree in legal administration, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong analytical abilities and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset
Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and communication/collaboration tools such as Teams, Google Meet, Slack, etc.
Highly organized and detail‑focused, with a reliable digital workflow for managing daily tasks
Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills—collaborative, communicative, and an active listener
Background in audit, insurance master data management, regulatory compliance, or risk management preferred
Experience working with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred
Familiarity with government procurement processes, cooperative purchasing programs, and/or public‑sector contracting, including state/local bid systems and cooperative purchasing platforms, is a plus
